These terms may change when the site does. The date at the foot of every page is the date it was last reviewed end to end against the label, and it moves when the page moves.

Most orders arrive and nothing on this page is ever needed. When one does not, the order of escalation is fixed, and following it out of order is the single commonest way a straightforward problem turns into a fortnight of waiting.

1. Start with the receipt email. It carries the order ID, the pack that was bought and the address the parcel was routed to. Almost every dispute is settled by reading it, because the answer is usually a typed address.

3. If the matter is money rather than delivery, write to contact@customercs.com with the order ID in the subject line. The checkout operator holds the payment record and can act on it the same day.
4. Raise a card chargeback last rather than first. A chargeback freezes the order while the bank investigates, which stops the refund that was already moving and adds six to eight weeks to it.

These terms are read under the law of the State of New York, and a term a court will not enforce is struck out on its own without taking the rest of the page with it. Nothing written here removes a right the law gives a buyer, and where the two disagree the law governs.

One practical note about timing. A claim opened by telephone is logged the day it is made, and that date is what counts even when the parcel, the paperwork and the bank all move afterwards at their own pace. Keeping the call reference and the tracking number together in one place is the single habit that settles almost every disagreement about who was waiting for whom.

These terms apply to this website and to orders placed through it.
