An unannounced parcel at the returns address can be refused. Get the authorisation, then post with tracking at your own cost.
Put your full name, email address and order ID on a slip inside the box as well as on the outside. A box with nothing identifying inside it is the commonest reason a refund stalls, and the second commonest is an untracked parcel that cannot be shown to have arrived. How to get a useful answer from the SodaSlim order desk first time
Most calls that take three attempts take three attempts for the same two reasons, and both are fixable before you dial.
